when i started blogging, i had been hoping to feature my own work aswell as other things that inspire me and other pieces of amazingwearable art that is all over the place. this is the first postfeaturing another designer! i am just happy to be finally doing it as ihad planned...

this amazing designer... just happens to also beone of my best friends. her name is jennifer boaz - she makes beautifuljewelry in Atlanta, Georgia. her latest creation is the "brilliant"collection of neclaces. it was recently featured on Atlanta's dailycandy and last weekend on TBS movie and a makeover - so brilliant!

thesenecklaces are so cool because they are really sentimental little memorypieces (and they look super-duper cool), but of course my favoritething about them... is that every single one is different from thenext! you have to look through all of your jewelry boxes and stuff andgather up a bunch of stuff that you love, but you never really wear.everyone has that stuff junking up the drawer or wherever you keep allyour jewelry - mine happens to be in more than one location. why? notso sure. i think the unorganizing fairy is trying to keep lifeexciting... (huh? wha?) all you other slobs out there know what i'mtalking about. don't deny it...

soi'm getting one for my mom and for my sis for their February birthdays. Jen made me one but i just gathered some other stuff together to sendher to make me another one!
